Eason Chan DUO Concert 2011

So, after the LOUD FESTIVAL 2011, going to another concert again in a consecutive week!! It's the Eason Chan DUO Concert 2011!!!

wohoo~ unlike the previous one, this is not free, i spent 200++ for the ticket.

The concert finally started!! Wow~ the stage was just amazing

1 bad thing, they were pretty strict in not allowing people to take photos using cameras, but not those who took photos with phones, it just make me wanna purchase an iphone more...hehe

that's the reason why not much photos were taken by me T_T

the concert is good, makes me love Eason more, cause of his sense of humor and I just love to listen to him singing.

I said that the concert is good, but not using the word "great". This is because I kind of dissatisfied with the song choice he performed during the concert, he didn't sing most of his popular songs, there were many songs that I am not familiar with. And, he made quite a few mistakes during the concert. But, anyway, overall, I'm still enjoying it :)

Milk Tea Fever

It seems like there is a milk tea fever going on in KL, there are so many milk tea franchises in the city. And I got the chance to try 3 of them during my recent visits to bukit bintang area.

1. Ochado(茶の道)

Oolong White Peach Tea with Pearl Topping

Pass by the stall when i was visiting Tokyo Street and decided to give it a try.

2. Chatime(日出茶太)

Topseller - Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly

I think this is the most popular stall among the 3 that I have visited as there were always a very long queue in front of the stall (especially at its outlet in the gardens)

3. Share Tea (歇脚亭)

Classic Taiwan Bubble Milk Tea

Eric Tsang(曾志伟) as the spokeperson. Located at the main entrance of Sungei Wang Plaza. What I can say about this shop is that, the workers are really really polite. And sometimes I feel that it is a bit overly polite....haha...somehow it makes me feel a bit awkward. :P

All in all, these 3 milk tea franchises are equally good. There are some differences in the menu, but the price are almost the same. I love all 3 of them, just that I think their normal sugar level are a bit too sweet for me, next time when I buying it, will request my drink to have only 50% of sugar level. :)

Out of the 4 performing artists, I'm only interested with Jay Chou and Landy as I'm more familiar with their songs. As for sodagreen, err....i seldom listen to their songs, out of the 7 songs they were performing, I only know 2 of them. Cindy Yen, all I know about her is she has a duet with Jay Chou, that's all.

However, overall, i'm enjoying the concert.

Tokyo Street @ PAVILLION KL

Have you visited pavillion during the last 3 days? If you haven't, you might want to go there now. Visit level 6, as the Tokyo Street has officially opened!!!

There are red carpets in level 6 that lead you to Tokyo street. Along the way, there are these pinky stuff as decorations, pretty rite?

I'm a big time japanese food lover, so, what really attracted me in this tokyo street are the japanese food stalls, such as Mochi Sweets, Kindori ice cream, Shimino japanese crepes, Ochado, The Loaf (selling Oyaki).

See the brochure i'm holding? Inside got the tokyo street privilege card, with that, u r entitled for discounts for most of the products sold inside tokyo street, including the food i mentioned before. You can easily obtain the brochure from an information counter just outside Tokyo Street.

Sun Moon Lake (日月潭)

This is supposed to be a continued post of my "Taiwan Formosa Aboriginal Cultural Village" post. I had basically delayed this post for like~ 3 months? Oops, sorry for being so lazy~

So, i'm gonna continue from my previous post- http://cloudee88.blogspot.com/2011/03/taiwan-formosa-aboriginal-cultural.html . After having a really enjoyable day in the cultural village and a nice rest in 月潭小栈, the next thing to do is to have a boat tour around sun moon lake.

We plan to take the 1st boat of the day, which is at 9am. Thanks to the owner of 月潭小栈 who had prepared a very very nice breakfast for us. As we were staying in 月潭小栈, we bought the boat tour ticket from the owner with a discounted price, which is only NTD150 per person. The normal price would be NTD300 for an adult.

We had a 5 mins walk from the place we stay to the Ita Thao(伊达邵)，the place where we would get on our boat.

Our guide is a young and handsome pure Thao (邵族), one of the Taiwan aboriginal tribe. He said that now in whole world, there's only left hundreds of pure Thao, and we are so lucky met 3 of them inside the boat, hehe... His explanation of the attractions are quite nice, as he will always add some jokes in it. But I guess he had been saying the same thing for like forever~ I think he also very "sien" dy, haha~ so his tone is actually really flat.

The view of Sun Moon Lake from Xuan Guang Temple. Our guide told us that this place was called Sun Moon Lake because when you view it from top, one side of it is round - looks like a sun and another side has a curve, which looks like a moon.

there's a stone tablet in front of the temple, as you can see, there are 2 sides of it, one is written there Sun Moon Lake, another side is writter Xuan Guang Temple. The thing is, if you wanted to take a photo with "Sun Moon Lake", there is a long long queue, so since nobody wanna take a picture with Xuan Guang Temple, I might as well be the one, it's still proved that I was there, rite? haha

A must-eat if u came to Lalu Island, boiled egg with tea and soy sauce (茶叶蛋), i think we must had been so focus in eating it until forgot to take the picture of the food T_T

before heading back, didn't forget to take a picture with our boat (怀恩2号). And the name of the company is call Noah's Ark (诺亚方舟), nice name rite?

Harry Potter's curtain falls

IT ALL ENDS.

Finally, watched the last "episode" of Harry Potter sequel today. So reluctant to leave the cinema after the movie ended, almost left the cinema in tears.

The 1st time i ever knew about "Harry Potter" is when I was 13. The first movie was amazing, I totally addicted to the whole story after watching it. Since then, I borrowed Harry Potter books from my friend. Started to read from Harry Potter & The Philosopher's Stone until Harry Potter & The Order of Phoenix. Stopped reading after that as I can't find a "supplier" who can borrow me the books and me, myself can't afford to buy a book at that time. (Really need to strengthen my financial planning skill, :P)

It's a very complicated feeling as we witnessed the begin and the end of a "Harry Potter" era. I just hope that the story of Harry Potter will be continued. But I guess, everything will always come to an end. Thanks to J.K. Rowling who wrote this wonderful story. Thanks to Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and pretty Emma Watson for the companion throughout all these years. We had seen the 3 of them on the big screen for 10 years, it feels really sad as there is almost 0 possibility that 3 of them will be on the big screen together ever again.

ahh~~ and also Neville Longbottom, who really stands out in this last movie.

I hope that all 3 of them will still be successful in their career even after the end of Harry Potter sequel. Wish that they will still remain active in the entertainment industry after this.

I highly recommend everyone to go and watch the ending of Harry Potter sequel. For those who anti Harry Potter, just want to say that this is a really great story, and it's not just about 3 little "magicians" who tried to kill Voldermort.

Mountain A-Li (阿里山)

I bet all the chinese had heard this song before, “阿里山的姑娘美如水啊，阿里山的少年壮如山”, and could you believe it, I really went to the Mountain A-Li(阿里山) , wohoo!!!

All I can say that Mountain A-Li is a beautiful place, the scenery there are simply breathtaking, it's definitely a great place and must be visited when you were in Taiwan.

We went to A-li mountain after we visited the Sun Moon Lake. We decided to go to A-li mountain by using the charter service offered by the Xin Shun Li Homestay (新顺利民宿), the place we gonna stay in Mountain A-Li, a room for 4 is TWD1800, quite reasonable. The charter service costs us TWD 3500, it is the lowest rate I can find. Taking public transport, by train or by bus will be cheaper but it is too time consuming.

If you were going to Mountain A-Li by taxi or charter service, ask the driver to use the Road No.21 (21号公路), as the scenery along the way is simply beautiful. On our way there, the driver stopped us at the Mei-Zi Winery(梅子酒庄).

It's called the Tree of Husband & Wife (夫妻树)

After 3.5 hours ride, finally, we reach Mountain A-Li. Once we reach, the driver brought us to purchase our ticket to A-li Shan National Sceneric Area (阿里山森林游乐区), it costs TWD150 per person. After that, he lead us to the place we stay, after we put down all the luggages, we depart to the sceneric area. The owner of the homestay recommend us to take the train to Zhao-Ping Station and start our tour in the national sceneric are from there.

The highlights of visiting Mountain A-Li is to see the sunrise. There are 2 main spots to see the sunrise, 1 is from Mountain Zhu, another is from Mountain Yu. There are 4 of us, and we have divided into 2 groups. Me and Bong visited the Mountain Yu, we took a package in which there will be a tour guide bringing us to other several scenic spot in Mountain A-Li (玉山导览服务). The package costs TWD 300 per person.

The sun rises~ It wasn't that good, the sunlight is too bright, according to our tour guide, the most beautiful view of sun rise is during Spring.

There are 5 Wonders in Mountain A-Li. The sun rise(日出), clouds(云海), railway(铁路), sunset glow(晚霞), and the forest in national sceneric area(森林). Out of 5, we experienced 4 of them (didn't really get to see the sunset glow),but still, it's quite a nice journey rite?

Monte Carlo

Watched 2 movies yesterday. I'm so disappointed with transformers 3, didn't even want to blog about it. Instead, I would like to write about another movie which I love it so much, starred by Selena Gomez (you might recognize her as Justin Bieber's girlfriend), Leighton Meester, Katie Cassidy (Blair and Juliet from the popular series, Gossip Girl) -- MONTE CARLO.

It's just a same old story. 3 girls were having a worst vacation ever in Paris. But everything changed as one of them was being mistaken as a British heiress. As they got the chance to go to Monte Carlo and have the most amazing experience in their love.

The two gossip girls, leighton meester and katie cassidy totally stand out in this movie as compare to selena gomez.

Simply love this movie because it is funny, sweet and romantic.

You might want to check out the the trailer.

Girls, if you were heading to cinema, I strongly recommend this movie to you.

As for guys, it's really a great movie, not sure if it's guys' type of movie, but you could give it a try if you were a gossip girl fans. :)

KLCC - Bukit Bintang - Mid Valley

Was having a really enjoying sunday last week with wendy, mei le, mei fang and yoon yeh. Wendy, you really should come to kl more often so that we can have more gathering.

So the day starts when all of us meet up in klcc to go for the ITEX exhibition, where both yoon yeh and chin leong participated. Congrates to both of them who had won a silver medal each of their project.

Before left klcc, wendy finally get to buy the macaroons that she had been longing for in harrods.

Thanks to wendy, it's my first time to be able to taste a macaroon. :)

Next station, we went to bukit bintang. We had our lunch at a korean restaurant in times square, called sopoong. I ordered ramyun and kimbap. For me, the food is ok~ however, the waiter is really polite and kind, like their service. :)

After that, we went to sungei wang. We bumped into 郁可唯. Well, I don't know about her, but I heard she's the one singing the song in 犀利人妻. (actually, i didn't watch this drama either.)

Really thanks to a yeh who bring us from klcc to bukit bintang and all the way to mid valley. Other wise, I think we gonna be totally exhausted go from one place to another using public transport.

Too bad that a yeh didn't join us in mid valley. We were having a great time taking pictures there with the pirates of Caribbeans exhibition.

What I've Done during Weekends

It's been quite a long time since the last time i updated my blog.

This is going to be a short post describing what I have done for the past few weekends.

Kelantan trip - me and aliff bring bong around tumpat visiting the temples

have a friday night out with cally, mildred, jason and bong. We watched fast and furious 5 together.

Went to jming's house in malacca. So glad to be able to meet all the old friends. Reminds me of days in UTP. :)

Taiwan Formosa Aboriginal Cultural Village (九族文化村)

It's been almost a month since the last time i updated my post, i know a month is like years~ in the cyber world. haha...sorry for being lazy in blogging. This month is also a very important month for me too as I had officially started my working life!!! wohoo~~

anyway, i'm going to continue in what i have started, continue to blog about my taiwan trip. So, another place that I think is one of a must-visit when you were in taiwan is the Formosa Aboriginal Cultural Village (九族文化村). It is located at the Nantou(南投) province, very nearby the Sun Moon Lake (日月潭).

We went there from Taichung. You can choose to go there by bus or taxi. You can took the bus from the high speed railways station, the price should be around 200++ taiwan dollar, and it's going to be a 2 hours journey. Since there are 4 of us, we decide to took taxi, which costs TD 1200 and it only took us 1 hour ++ to reach our destination.

We stayed at 月潭小栈, which is located at Ita Thao (伊达邵) of the sun moon lake. We choose to stay at Ita Thao because it is near to the cable car station to the cultural village. It's only 5 minutes walk from the place we stay to the cable car station. The owner of 月潭小栈 is so friendly and kind. If you guys going to sun moon lake, may consider to stay at this place. They offer a package for 4 person, accommodation + ticket to cultural village + cable car ticket which costs 4400 in total, means only 1100 per person.

Enough for the talking, the rest i'll be using pictures to show you the fun that we had in the cultural village.

Snowflakes after World Invasion

So, i was in kl few days back. 1 thing that i must do when i go to kl is to watch a movie since there is no cinema in my hometown. Both of us decided to watch World Invasion : Battle Los Angeles. I guess many of you already watch this movie. For those who haven't, I would recommend you to watch it.

The story is about the Marine Staff Seargeant (aaron eckhart) who just had his retirement plan approved were being asked to go back to line of duty to assist the liutenant and his platoon as they fight to reclaim los angeles from the invasion of aliens.

The story line is great, all the characters are likeable. It was very touching to see the marines worked together to save our world and some of them sacrifice themselves. I can't stop crying towards the later part of the movie. For sentimental people, better get your tissue prepared before entering the cinema.

after the movie, me and my sister head over to try out the snowflakes. Many of my friends had been recommending it to me. We ordered the snow flakes best seller.

While we were waiting for it to be ready, we had been given this thingy. The lights will be on when the food we ordered was served. I found it really interesting :)

I'm on newspaper!!!

I know that I seems to be a bit overexcited and a bit braggy to be blogging about this since it is only a very very small of me on the newspaper. Anyway, how often will i have the chance to be appear on newspaper? LOL

1 day trip in Taichung

Continue to blog about my taiwan trip. So, on the 1st day of 2011, we were leaving taipei and going to taichung. We went there by using high speed rail, which costs NTD700 per person and it took approximately an hour in order to reach the destination.

One thing I really like about the taichung high speed

rail station, there are free shuttle buses. We get on the bus to go to the Feng Jia area, the place where our pre-booked B&B -- Wengoodshop located. One of the owner, Stanley waited us at the bus stop and guide us to the place we stay. And I am the lucky one among my friends as Stanley was giving me a ride using his scooter (小绵羊), to the location of Wengoodshop. wohoo~ so excited, i think this is only the 3rd time i ever hopped on to a motorbike. :)

There's a lot of traveller's information provided too inside this place. Stanley really gave us a lot of advice about how to go around Taichung. A million thanks to Stacy and Stanley for their hospitality.

Our first stop -- eat dumplings. This shop is just 2 minutes walk away from the place we stay. It is super delicious and super duper cheap.

Ji Feng dumplings (吉蜂蒸饺), must try, very delicious and super cheap, can you belive that 4 buckets of these only costs NTD 100, just approximately RM10!!!

Next, we took a taxi to the Dong Hai University(东海大学) since we were lazy to wait for bus, hehe... Dong Hai University was being known as the most beautiful university in taiwan, maybe because of the landscape or the tree-shaded pavements. But one thing you must visit when you were in Dong Hai University, the Luce Chapel, which is one of the most remarkable structure in Taichung.

After that, we move on to the Dong Hai International Art Street (东海国际艺术街) , well, we seriously thought that this place is definitely within a walkable distance from Dong Hai University. But, we were wrong. In the end it took us more than 30 minutes to reach there. We might as well wait for bus, sigh~

our next station is Jing Ming 1st Street(精明一街), we took a bus from the international art street and get off at the Zhong Ming elementary school (忠明国小站). This place is a europen style-like street.

One thing that we must not miss when i taichung, the fengjia night market. It is the biggest night market in taiwan. As we had been advised by Stanley that even one whole night isn't enough for

visiting the whole market, so after visiting the jingming 1st street, we going back to the Fengjia area.

This place is so so huge, and so so so crowded. We didn't took much picture inside because it's too crowded that makes me unwilling to take out my camera. Thanks to the map provided by Wengoodshop, since all the must-try food had been marked, i guess we had tried many of the most delicious food in the night market. :)

My first movie in GSC MAXX -- The Adjustment Bureau

Went to Times Square yesterday with my sister. We wanted to watch a movie but couldn't decide between I am Number Four or The Adjustment Bureau. After watching the trailer, apparently, The Adjustment Bureau is much more interesting to us. Plus, this movie is in 2D.

So, we bought our ticket and when we about to enter the cinema, we took out the ticket to make sure which hall we are going to enter. And then we saw this ...

MAX? What's that?

After asking the staff, we only knew that it is located on the 10th floor. As soon as we entered the cinema theater, HOLY!!! WOW!!! These are the the words that coming out from our mouth. We were stunned at the entrance looking at this theater. Why? Because it is freaking damn huge!!! the largest cinema theater I had ever seen!!!

And our seat is the one furthest away from the screen, and we need to climb our way up in order to find our seat.

Talking about the movie, The Adjustment Bureau is starred by Matt Damon who is a politician in this movie. He falls in love with a ballerina, starred by Emily Blunt. However, some people are trying to keep them apart. These people are the agents of Fate, they have every human's fate set. According to their so called "plan", both of them aren't meant to be together. So, the movie is all about how Matt Damon trying to fight the fate to be together with her.

All in all, this is a very nice movie until the very last minute. The ending was really lame. But, I guess I can get over it as I am watching it in the largest digital hall in Malaysia. :)

I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

Next time, if I were to go to watch a 2D or 3D movie, definitely would choose GSC MAXX. :)

My countdown experience in taipei

I went to Taiwan on 28th Dec 2010 to 6th Jan 2011, I know that now is already the end of February, this had been a really delayed post, but still want to share my experience of celebrating my new year in foreign country.

My first ever countdown experience is counting down to year 2008 in front of sungei wang plaza. and my 2nd time is counting down to year 2010 at the exact same venue.

And this time, I got a chance to countdown outside of malaysia, in the city of taipei!!! There's a lot of saying about this countdown event in taipei, as this is the 100th year since the Republic of Taiwan was established, so the event is going to be huge. I was so looking forward for it.

So, the event was held at the square in front of Taipei City Hall. We were there since around 5.00, the sky is getting dark at that time. We saw a really long queue over there. When I said that it's long, I really mean it, it is like you were queuing from the north court to the south court of mid valley. So, we thought that maybe we need to take an entrance ticket or something in order to join that countdown concert. Then we just started to queue. People coming around and ask us, what are we queueing for, and we don't know how to answer. Then a woman standing behind of us was like "You guys don't know what you are queueing for but you still standing here?" Then only she told us that we were actually queueing for the 3D spectacless as there were going to be 3D effect while the concert is going on.

It's not even 6 o'clock after we get those stuffs, so we decided to have a walk to Taipei 101. The sky is already dark, and the weather is getting real cold and it is really windy.

We have our dinner inside of Taipei 101 and then walk towards the countdown concert. It's getting really crowded by then and we can only find a spot which is way behind from the stage. I can hardly see the artist performing, can only see them through the big screen. The first artist that I see performing that night is Yen-J, 严爵. I'm so excited I get to see so many artists that I usually seen on TV in one night. The most pretty host in taiwan -- Patty Hou 侯佩岑, Rainie Yang 杨丞琳, Jam Hsiao 萧敬腾, Aska 杨宗纬, Mayday 五月天, and etc.... wohoo!!!

The biggest different between countdown-ing in malaysia and in taiwan, is the weather. In malaysia, it is so warm, but in taiwan, it is freezing as it is only 8 degree celcius. I wonder how those artists perform on stage without shivering as some of them only wear short pants or skirts. It is really tiring to stand whole night long, so some of the times we were just sitting on the ground, I just stand up when my favourite artists were performing.

I guess Mayday is really popular, as the concert going on, you can notice many people were sitting down. But as soon as Mayday coming out, all the people are standing together shouting for them and everyone were singing together with them. Too bad, I didn't update myself with Mayday's song, so i can only sing 1 or 2 of it :(

Love Mayday, going to their concert is definitely in my to-do list.

After Mayday's performance, it's almost 12 o'clock. Finally, the firework show that everyone had been waiting for. This show actually costs 60 million taiwan dollar.

We were standing so near to the 101 building, the ashes were falling on our faces. But maybe there are too many fireworks at the same time, sometimes, i can only see the smokes. However it is, I still enjoy it a lot. At least it is the best fireworks show I have ever seen :)

As soon as the fireworks show end, we quickly rushing out towards the MRT station, you can see that many people had started to leave. Too bad that we can't see a-mei's 张惠妹 performance. As soon as we walk out, OMG!!!! Everywhere is crowded, we had a hard time to move on. Four of us holding hands so tightly afraid that anyone of us will get lost. As we getting nearer to the MRT station, we are totally stuck. We standing there and can't even move an inch. People are pushing one another and it is really frustrating. We stucked there for more than half an hour and only realize that all the MRT station nearby have been closed. We need to walk to Chung Hsiao East Road station 忠孝东路站 which is further away in order to get back to Ximending 西门町.

By the time we reach our hostel, it was almost 3am. We almost missed our train to Taichung the next morning as everyone was too tired to get up early the next morning.

Anyway, I enjoyed that night a lot. So glad that I can share the experience with mei fang, mei le and a bong. :)

Amazing Race 18 : Unfinished Business

This season of amazing race is an all star season. Can't wait to watch it, many of my favourite teams were in. Teams that I really dislike are those who were from season 14 except Mel & Mike.

Jet & Cord is definitely the team that I root for this season. I was reviewing TAR season 16 few ways back, it kind of like refreshing my memories about how nice the cowboys were. Really sad that they lost it last time. Definitely want them to make it to the final three this time.

Thanks to yoon yeh who reminded me that I can actually watch The Amazing Race from AXN. So here I go, standby in front of the TV waiting for the show to start. Like the fact that this season, the team were not just running towards their bags to get the clue, instead, they need to solve a clue given by Phil. So glad that my favourite teams were in the top 8, which means they can take a 1.5 hours earlier flight. The last 3 teams, kesha & jen, gary & mallory, kris & amanda will take the later flight and as the last team, kris & amanda will later face a double u-turn.

seriously, luck is almost everything in this race, there's a medical emergency in the first flight to sydney, which means, the later flight actually landed earlier than the first flight. Was hoping that the cowboys could catch up, but -- nothing is right when the luck is not with you. They miss the subway, then miss the ferry to go to the destination which they need to perform their task.

So, their first task in sydney is actually a road block. The person need to get into an huge aquarium with sharks to retrieve a compass and then use the compass to decipher a sentence. Before Jet & Cord reach, some of the other teams already working together to solve this thing. I feel a little bit unfair because there are some of the teams just listen to others' answers.

Congrats to Gary & Mallory who gets to the pit stop first and get an express pass :) , however this is not really a pit stop as the race still continues. As every team had reached the pit stop, you can see that jet & cord still having a really hard time solving the puzzle. Wish they had been working with Kynt & Vyxsin. :(

Taipei Flora Expo

The biggest event of Taipei's tourism in 2010 and 2011 would be the Taipei Flora Expo. This event will end on 25th April 2011. So glad that I visited it on the last day of 2010. As there will be a countdown event that day, the Dajia Riverside Park Area had been closed. As compensation, every visitors on that day were given an afternoon ticket which can be used anyday afterwards.

The ticket price can be different based on what time you enter. For us, we enter using the Easy Card, no need to queue for ticket purchasing and can get a 10% discount on the ticket price.

We go there by MRT and get off at the YuanShan station.

Actually there were a lot more interesting place to be visited in the YuanShan park area, such as Celebrity's house, Pavillion of New Fashion, but looking at the queue, just made us decided to drop the idea straight away.

As we just plan to stay until the evening, so we quickly moved on to the Global Garden Area.

So, we move on to the Fine Arts Park Area. We pass by the floral tunnel.

After that, we move on to the Taipei Story House. We actually watched a clip about Taiwan's history inside.

Finally, the XinSheng Park Area. The Pavillion of Dreams was said to be the must-visited place, but unfortunately, in order to enter it, you will need to start queueing from 4 o'clock in the morning. So, we just got the chance to take picture in front of it.

Not much time left for us, so we just enter one more pavillion - the pavillion of future, we queued for half an hour plus in order to get inside.

Next, we went to the maze garden. Having lots of fun there, we actually have a race to get out of the maze. But I'm too short, can't see what's the road in front of me, and really get lost inside of it and ended getting the last place :(

It's the end of Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year is indeed a really really big festival for a chinese. Today is Chap Goh Meh, the last day of the CNY festival, i'll just sum up what I have did for these 15 days.

it's CNY, of coz need to take a picture with my new clothes...haha

It's been a while since I was able to spend the whole 15 days of CNY with my family. The last time is during 2006 when i was waiting for SPM result.

1st day（初一）, the most important day, of course need to spend it with family.

2nd day （初二）, it's time to visit friends（拜年）, too bad, this year a lot of people can't make it and there are only 5 of us joining. But still, we were having a really great time.

3rd day（初三）, meeting our one and only che zai who was unable to join us the day before, was having a yum cha session in kb town area. Such a coincidence to be able to meet cai shan, pei ling and jie shu, really long time no see :) . Too bad that we didn't take any picture that day.

4th day （初四）, everyone is leaving kay bee, sob sob :(

7th day （初七）, it's a birthday for everyone, went lou shang.

15th day, chap goh meh, my sis return to kay bee and she's going to have a really long holiday this time, yippy!! Thanks to my aunt who bought us a secret recipe cake today, yummy~

that's all for my CNY celebration, a bit boring, but the most important thing is to be able to meet all our family members and friends who I have not seen in a while.

a must visit in taiwan -- yehliu & jiufen (野柳 & 九份)

for me, yehliu and jiufen are definitely some of the must visit places in taiwan. The scenery at these 2 places are just breathtaking. that's why it makes my day 3 in taiwan one of my most enjoyable and memorable journey.

have you ever watched the famous korean drama "ON AIR" starred by park yong ha, song yun ah and kim ha neul? this drama are being filmed at these 2 places too :)

however, this trip doesn't start really well as we got lost in taipei main station. this is the 1st time i realize that taipei main station is really huge, we walk towards the intercity bus station, and then only realize that to take bus to yehliu, we need to walk towards another building. An advice to the future yehliu visitors, remember to ask the locals, "where to take bus to yehliu?", but not "where is the bus station?"

finally, we bought our ticket and waiting in line for bus. In front of us, there are 4 Thais waiting together with us. Since the bus haven't come, my friend went to the washroom. At this time, the bus came, the driver came down from the bus, standing in front of us. we thought he will wait for us since only 1 person get on the bus. but then, he just get on the bus and drove away like that! OMG!!!

when I chat with the Thais, then only they tell us, this is the 2nd time they missed the bus, the 1st time, one of their friend went to the washroom, and this time, their friend went to buy some water, well, at least we learned a lesson, get on the bus as soon as the bus came. Luckily, the next bus came within 15 minutes.

it takes us so long in order to reach here, but the scenery here is so preettyyy~~ and the entrance fee is only NTD50. however, it's really cold over here as it is very windy. it's hard for me to take a proper photo as my hair was getting really messy >.<

i shall continue to blog about the 2nd day of my trip in taiwan. We are still in taipei, and i am so excited because we are going to visit the famous yangmingshan(阳明山), wohoo!!!

so how to get there? we took a bus from taipei main

station (no.126 or 260) which will take us to yangmingshan. However, this bus doesn't take us to the tourist spot, we will need transfer to bus no.9 in order to reach the national park. Unluckily, we missed the bus no.9, and it's going to take 30 minutes (if not mistaken) for the next bus to come, it's so frustrating!! so we asked around to know whether these tourist spots are reachable by walking, but different person giving us different answer. Finally, we met this taxi driver, who approach us to know where we plan to go, we want to go to Siaoyukeng(小油坑), Lengshueikeng(冷水坑), and also Mt. Datun(大屯自然公园). After listen to his explanation, we understand that each of these spots are quite a distance from one another, and it's going to take us whole day if we plan to travel by bus. He charged us $1000 to take us to these places and also other famous spots and i think it's quite reasonable.

He is a very friendly driver, told us a lot of his own stories and explained to us all the places that we are visiting and also recommending nice food that we can buy in taipei. I'm so thankful that we met him. Plan to introduce him to others, but too bad, he is going to retire soon.

One thing i love the most when you travel by taxi, you can

ask the driver to stop by when you saw some beautiful scene.

So, the 1st place that he brought us to is Cingtiangang(擎天岗), this place is just marvellous, we spent a lot of time here taking lots of photos, mainly because of the big field there. There is people taking wedding pics there too. The driver told us that it's been a while since there is such a good weather in taipei, that's why there are a lot of people taking wedding shots.

Next, we move on to Lengshueikeng(冷水坑), which is also being called as Lake of Milk(牛奶湖) due to the colour of the water.

After that, we moved on to Siaoyukeng(小油坑), one of the best-known tourist spot, it's quite crowded over here. The view is really breathtaking, a must-visit place if you came to yangmingshan. However, you might find this place quite smelly due to sulfur.

Next station, Mt. Datun Nature Park(大屯自然公园). However, due to time restriction, we didn't get to spend much time over here.

Our final station, Chutzuhu(竹子湖), for those who understand mandarin, don't get confused, chutzuhu is not a lake, it was, but it was thousands and thosands of years ago. We were having a really nice lunch over there.

Chutzuhu is very famous with Calla Lily(海芋), however, something bad happened to me when i try to take picture with it. I stepped into the water where they plant the flower and my shoes get so dirty :(

Next, we get on bus no.9 which will bring us to B

eitou MRT station. From there, we travel to DanShui station and walk our way to Danshui harbour. It took us about 30 minutes. I have been longing to visit this place for a long time. It is especially famous for its sunset view. The scene is definitely breathtaking. We saw 2 couples taking there wedding shots there too. Again, when i'm taking pictures, the wave came up and my shoes --- get wet again, sigh~~

after that, we walk towards Danshui Old Street(淡水老街), when you come here, must remember to buy the famous 阿婆铁蛋，we also tried a few foods there such as pepper biscuit(炭烧胡椒饼),a gei(阿给).

After having our dinner, we travel to Xinbeitou(新北投) MRT station, the middle coach of the train has been decorated with hot spring theme, as you can see the hot spring bathtubs with LCD monitors on top which you can find the information for beitou specialties and tourist spots.

We walked our way to QianXiTang(千禧汤), 10 minutes walk from Xinbeitou MRT station. I experienced the hot spring there, wow~ it's so hot!!!~ we were having a hard time to get ourselves into it. people were looking at us due to the noise that we make when we were entering, it's a bit embarrassing, haha... I also tried the cold spring, getting into a cold spring during winter night, it's really freezing!!! but, at least i tried, hehe....

my 1st day in taipei

finally, i'm back from taiwan!!! haha... my initial plan is to blog about my taiwan trip right after i was back from there, but, secret garden totally attracted all my attention, followed by my girlfriend is gumiho, then start cleaning house and preparing for chinese new year ....... now only i get to start blog about my taiwan trip (after i was back from taiwan for a month).

on 28th december 2010 around 2.30pm, i finally reached taoyuan international airport, first of all, we go to the visitor information center to get the digital tour buddy(phone) + sim card that we apply earlier on through online. For young backpackers who are going to taiwan, i strongly advice that you visit http://youthtravel.tw/ , there contains a lot of information that you may need. This is the website that i apply for the taiwan sim card, it's free and the sim card given contains NTD 100 to be used. It is more than enough if you are just going to use it contact the hostel owner that you are going to stay. At least for me, i didn't top up throughout my 10 days in taiwan.

so, now, we need to get ourselves to taipei city. the cheapest way is by bus. There are signboards that lead you to the place where you can purchase the bus ticket. We chose guoguang bus (国光客运), which cost us NTD125 to reach taipei main station.

Taipei main station is somehow like kl sentral in malaysia, but a way bigger version. it contains all types of public transport system, such as taiwan railway, high speed rail, bus station, mrt ... You can totally experience the hustle and bustle of taipei city here. everyone is walking in super fast pace and this place is always crowded. In order for you to travel more conveniently in taipei city, i encourage all the travellers to purchase an easycard, which will cost you NTD500 (contains $100 deposit).

throughout our trip in taipei, we decided to stay in ximending(西门町), the place that had been called as "Harajuku of taipei", the source of taiwan's fashion and japanese culture. A lot of nice food, cinemas, etc.... that's why this place is always full with youngsters. One thing that you must try out when you were in xi men ding is the Ah Zong Mi Sua(阿宗面线), a small bowl costing NTD45, super damn nice. You can see a lot of people are eating outside the shop, there is no table, only chairs provided, and normally it's not enough and many people will need to stand while eating.

Reasons to watch Secret Garden

it has been a really long time since i was so addicted to a korea drama. Yes, I'm a big fan of boys over flowers, you're beautiful.... but secret garden, it makes me unwilling to leave my laptop since i watched the 1st episode, and i managed to finish 18 episodes within 2 days and without skipping any part of it (not even 1 second). luckily i just realized about this drama when it's showing 17th episodes, can't imagine how i'm going to suffer if i need to wait for 2 episodes each week.

when i first looked at this wallpaper, i tot it's going to be a funny drama since it's going to be about a guy and a girl exchange their soul. Yet, it is such a romantic drama (as romantic as winter sonata). it's been a really long time since korea produced this kind of drama.

Reasons to watch secret garden :

1. Casting - Hyun Bin, Ha Ji Won, Yoon Sang Hyun, names that korean addicts should be familiar with, the main reason that attracted me to start watching this drama.

2. Characters -

Kim Joo Won, a rich, handsome, arrogant, but childish guy, who doesn't understand why he will fall in love with a stunt woman, Gil Ra Im and gradually deeply falling in love with Ra Im and willing to give up everything for her.

Gil Ra Im - stunt woman, have great passion in her job and suffer a lot because of her love towards Joo Won.

The exchanges of their soul actually make their bond of love grow stronger.

OSKA - Joo Won's cousin, Ra Im's idol, he creates a lot of fun scenes in this drama. A top star whose talent is not so "top", a casanova, and always being threatened by Joo won. He owned a very touching love story with yoon seul, who attended matchmaking session with joo won.

another 2 characters that i love the most will be the cute secretary kim and ra im's best friend, ah young. both of them made a lovely couple.

i guess the most pitiful person in this drama will be director Im. He loves Ra Im for such a long time but Ra Im never noticed and now, the only person that she loved would be joo won.

3. OST

the OST is superb!!! every single song in it is so nice that they keep looping in my mp3. My most favourite song will be baek ji young's that woman. you may recognize her as she had played a cameo character in episode 13, the gal who was dancing to gether with OSKA. the male version of this song, that man, was sung by Hyun Bin too. never thought that his voice could be that nice too :)

oh god, how can i not addicted to this drama?

4. Scenery

the scenery in this drama is extremely beautiful. especially joo won's house, the house which was built brick by brick by a designer from new york....haha

oh, and the garden, so prettyyyy~~ how i wish i could stay in a place like tis~

this weekend, will be the last 2 episodes of secret garden. the 19th episode had been showed in korea, by tomorrow morning i shall be able to watch it with sub, can't wait for it!!!

Amazing Race Finale

I've just finished watching the grand finale of amazing race season 17. Congratulations to Nat and Kat for being the first all female team to be able to win the race!! Just can't stop crying to see them actually win, really amazed by their friendship.

i only start rooting for the doctors after the elimination of michael and kevin (team jumba). Really hope this father and son team could have gone further, but too bad, they were eliminated because of a cab...arghh~. anyway, the grand final just end up like what i wish for, nat & kat 1st, followed by brooke & claire 2nd and the third is jill and thomas(the last standing man...lol). Not really like thomas coz he seemed a little bit cocky to me..haha.

to talk about the my most favourite amazing race winners of all time, definitely rob and brennan, the lawyers in season 1 and also tammy and victor, also lawyers in season 14. (hmmp...why i always root for lawyers ar?...haha)

for the next season sneak preview, guess what, it's going to be an all stars season again!! wohoo~ it seems like jet and cord is definitely in!! i think gary and mallory is in too as i heard her saying, "we are doing this again". from what i googled, seems like there are going to be 5 teams from season 14, wow~ but i dun mind, coz season 14 is one of the best seasons that i've watched. can't wait for it!!

oh...on the other hand, for amazing race asia which ended last thursday, congrates to the richards for becoming the first phillipines to have won the race. As a malaysian, of course i root for ethan and khairie, so sad that they didn't make it. for another malaysian pair, ivan and hilda, although they didn't make it that far, but i really wanna give a credit to them for making the show a lot more interesting. I would like to say that they totally steal the show in the first 2 episodes.

So, let's us all wait for the amazing race allstars, season 18 which is going to aired on 20th february 2011. hope it's going to be a great one :)

My Korea OST Collection

I was once a really huge fan of korean drama. The 1st ever korean drama that i watched is winter sonata. Missed those moments when i watched those dramas with my family. Everyday 7pm, turned on tv, everyone gathered at the living room and watched dramas together.

Nowadays, korean drama didn't attracted me as much as it did. At least, it didn't make me have the eagerness to buy its original vcds or soundtracks. I used to beg my dad to buy me all those original vcds, those that i owned including autumn in my heart, winter sonata, hotelier, all about eve, stairways to heaven......

One thing that makes me really fell in love with korean drama is the OST. The music matched with the story line so well and everytime when i listened back to the music it makes me think back the particular scene of the drama~ that time, i kind of addicted to those music~

that's why, during my high school time, me and my sista will use our savings to buy these drama's OST and keep playing it non-stop while we were studying.

Well, among these OST that i've owned, the drama that i like the most would be sorry, i love you. Recently, i watched sorry, i love you again, crying non-stop, really is the best drama ever. Love Soh Ji Sup so soooo much..... Amont these OST, i know most ppl never watch green rose, but it is a great drama too, the main hero was being accused for murdered the heroin's father, so the story is al about how he tried to prove himself innocent and take revenge.

The OST i love the most, of course is winter sonata, but too bad, i can't find the CDs, dunno where i've kept it, but luckily i already ripped the music into my laptop. besides winter sonata, i also lost another soundtrack, memories in bali~ so sad :(

When buying these OSTs, it usually attached with a small book which contains the lyrics of the songs, but too bad it's in korean, but still feel nice to be able to look at those beautiful pictures.

Well, the OST which has the most beautiful package, of course is Princess Hours. love the song, especially perhaps love ~ suddenly feels like wanna watch the drama again~ miss the cute yoon eun hye~ ^^

that's all for now~ going to spend my time looking for the missing 2 soundtracks tonight...huhuuu...hopefully can find it!!!

omg~ i juz realized, i've been blogging about movies only~

but, why not? since watching movies is my biggest hobby....wohoo~

well, after coming bek from utp, i am busy planning with my taiwan trip, meanwhile, i oso googling about the upcoming movies next year~

it suddenly crossed my mind, a trailer that i watched in cinema, i am number four, starred by alex pettyfer. hmm...not really interested with the plot of the story but so interested with alex pettyfer, i recognized him when he's starring in wildchild, a very very charming guy :)

well, when i wikied about him~ i noticed one movie, called BEASTLY. the plot of this movie totally attracted me, it's like the story of modern day beauty and the beast. haha, i think deep inside of me i'm still the little girl longing for life like fairytale where things ended up happily ever after.... *shy*

so the story goes like this, alex pettyfer is a young, rich, handsome but arrogant guy. so a witch appear, and curse him to become a beast until he found someone who can love him for what he is now~ so, who's the beauty? deng deng deng deng....it's vanessa hudgens!!! wohoo~~~ so excited, i'm a really big fan of her, and of course zac efron since i watched HSM.

so, they lived together, and then fall in love with each other~ but something happened, he almost died for vanessa, but at the last minute, vanessa kissed him and finally the spell is over and everyone lived happily ever after ^^

oh, another attraction of this movie is that Barney Stinson is also in this movie, you guys should recognized him if you watched "how i met your mother"

it was scheduled to release last july, but it was clashed with zachy's charlie's st. cloud, so it was being postponed to march 2011...huhuuu...hopefully i was in kl tat time

Narnia review

i've just graduated from utp last week. To have a perfect ending of our 4.5 years as a university student, me and my coursemates decided to have our last outing, the agenda is to watch a movie which i think will be great -- narnia - the voyage of the dawn treader in 3D...we even bought the premiere ticket, which costs RM20 per ticket.

So, that's it, i'm walking in the cinema confidently, happily, expecting it to be great, since i'm a really big fan of the first 2 sequel...

But, i guess, narnia without Peter and Susan, is not "narnia" anymore. the storyline is so plain and dull~kept looking for swords only. i kept anticipating for the climax, but the climax is like zzz~ erghh~~ the visual effect is not even great...haiz~ waste my money nia...

the moment that makes me most excited is when peter came out...but the problem is, he just came out for like 15seconds? huhuuu....

oh...almost forget...there's a new character came out, eustace, a very annoying cousin of the pevensies, but at least he is a spark of the movie, from what happened in the end of the movie, he seems like going to appear in the next few sequels of chronicles of narnia.

Wikied chronicles of narnia just now, huhuu.....the pevensies are not going to be the main characters for the next few sequels anymore...huhuu..going to miss them so so so much~

anyway, it is still a great outing, being able to hang out with arun, aliff, bong, siu ying and yoon yeh. we went to old town for supper and have a chit chat in utp before we bid our goodbye. How i hope wendy, eileen and sumathi were there too~

going to miss u all, hope we can have our next gathering real soon~

i'm so TANGLED up!!!!

since the first day i saw the trailer of tangled, i have been wanted to watch this movie. Thanks to aliff, cally, mei le and mei fang for accompanying me to watch this movie. it's have been a really long time since i have the feeling of unreluctant to leave the cinema after watching a movie. Too bad that there wasn't a cinema in my hometown, kelantan. else, i'm going to watch Rapunzel - a tangled tale for the 2nd time for sure.

Totally falling in love with all the characters in this movie. first and foremost, of course - flynn rider. He is just so hilarious and so handsome too. love him so so so much. secondly, of course, the main main character, rapunzel, she is so cute yet beautiful, love her voice too. Zachary Levi and Mandy Moore make a perfect couple for this disney movie. their voice are so charming~~ the songs are incredibly awesome, can't stop playing the soundtrack in my laptop.

also, maximus~ the horse which acts more like a dog...haha...so good in tracking flynn, the most wanted thief of the kingdom.

oh, and rapunzel's best friend, a chameleon, it did a great job in waking flynn's up by sticking its tongue to flynn's ear. it has so many expressions which are just so cuutee~~~

don't forget about the thugs too who were in the ducklings. Despite being fierce, they are just a bunch of guys who had their own dreams and they were being really helpful to flynn rider. they sing well too!!! lol

well, being a big fan of tangled, of course i didn't forget to take a pic with the poster. here it is~~

KL Trip June 2010

had a trip to kl few weeks ago wiv my sister and cousins and we were having a really great time there although we just went there for two days.

After a 7 hours journey, we went to kl sentral mcd to have our breakfast ^^

since next semester is going to be my last semester in utp~

it's good to have a camera wiv me so that i can take as many photos as i can during my last semester wiv my beloved utp frens and also for al my outings here in kb ^^

there are still a lot of functions of this camera that I need to explore~

it has 16 scene mode selectors and one thing i really like about this camera is that it has the smile timer and blink proof function.

Smile timer allows decisive moment to be caught when a person smiles and blink proof functions will shoot two pictures and automatically saves the one which the person's eyes remain open.

I learn in a hard way that the blink proof function is very important to me as i suffer a lot when one of the photos i took in bali, my eyes remained closed!!!!!

the scenery was so beautiful but my eyes ruined the photo!!!! huhuu

so far...i have been using this camera to shoot photos for my kl trip a few days ago~~

sunway going to have bungy jump~~

good news for all the adrenaline junkies and extreme sports enthusiasts as we are going to have malaysia 1st permanent bungy jump attraction in sunway lagoon~~ wohoo~~

for me, bungy jump could be an once in a lifetime experience..really think i'm going to try it after this thing was officially launch...hehe

for your information, this bungy jump will be 22m of height above the water and we are going to jump of from the sunway lagoon's pedestrian suspension bridge. sounds cool rite? but i hope the height will be a little bit higher since the highest bungy jump in the world is 233m of height in Macau...however, some said it was considered as sky jump instead of bungee jump...i oso dunno...hehe

one more thing of my concern is how much will it cost to have a bungy jump? hmm...hope the price was affordable to me....hehe

thus, the photo session at klcc park shall be delayed after we having our lunch in sushi king

btw....sushi king was having a big bowl contests...for contestants who are interested they need to finish a gigantic bowl of ramen in 10 minutes....

(when i said gigantic i really mean it...that bowl was really really huge)

if u can't do it, u nid to pay rm40 for that bowl of mee

if u did finish it in time, well...u no nid to pay for the bowl of ramen u juz eaten

don't think this challenge worth at al lor act~~

however, we got so lucky to be able to witness a guy who willing to take this challenge and won!! wohoo~~ our table clapped so hard after he finish it on time....haha

ok...after lunch....luckily the rain stopped...so we heading to the klcc park to have our photo session...

KL Tower

it's kinda hard for us to get to KL tower as we get a bit lost in the middle of KL city.

owh...btw...we considered ourself visited the public library as we passing by the building when we were finding our way to the tower.

and finally...we reached our next station...however...haiz~~~
it's quite disappointing as we realized that the price of going up the observation deck was much more expensive than what we had expected

can u imagine that? we need to pay RM38!!!! in order to get up there

so, what we do at the end is to take photo at the bottom of the tower

our taiko, arun left after we visited kl tower...so the remaining 5 went to our nxt station wiv aliff's bluey~~

frankly speaking, i think i was having the most enjoyable moment at dataran merdeka...i oso dunno y...probably bcoz of the scenery, the cloudy weather, and the wind that makes us so comfortable.

there were so many spots for us to take pictures and the weather were just great!!!

the moment we having there was not something that i can tell u, is something that need to show from our pictures....

yeah~~ we done wiv the kl trip...i can say that tis is one of the nicest and best trip i ever had....

juz can't stop reviewing those photos a bong posted on facebook....if i had the adventure book in the movie "up", these photos wil definitely be pasted in the book

my journey start when aliff come n fetch me at 7.30pm from my apartment and heading towards kl sentral where al of us suppose to meet. (poor aliff, he was act sick but thank god he stil manage to join us in tis trip). after everyone met up at kl sentral, then we al departed to our 1st destination, batu caves wiv me, fang in aliff's car and bong, yeh in taiko's car.

it has been 9 years since the last time i came here, but i never realized that climbing up those stairs were so tiring, we were all exhausted after climb to the top. for those who had never been to batu caves before, pls beware of those monkeys, do not show any foods or drinks to them....it will only attract them to come and grab it from u like wat a money had almost done to mei fang when she plan to eat her bread.

all in all, we are having great time at batu caves juz tat everyone was so tired after coming down from the cave. plus, most of us haven't have our breakfast before coming here. that's why we went for breakfast at mcdonald before going to our 2nd stop.

Zoo Negara

tis kl trip is like going to all the places i've been during my primary skul graduation trip. after 9 years, aloha again to the animals in zoo..hehe...it was really exciting when i walk in the zoo. the 1st animal tat we saw is giraffe followed by elephant. mei fang even feed the elephant by putting her bread into the elephant's nose...omg...i can see the mucus coming out of its nose...uek...so disgusting....but our mei fang stil bravely feeding it....give her a round of applause \o/\o/

however, as we walk further in, all i feel is hotness and tiredness and the stinky smell in the zoo...we even had the thought of bathing at someone's house 1st b4 continuing our trip...lolx...

p/s: quite disappointed coz didn't manage to see any penguins...huhu

hehe...lately i'm really addicted to a korea drama called beethoven virus. it's really high rated when it was showed in korea. this drama is all about people who had passion in music gathered together to form an orchestra and they were conducted by a world wide famous conductor.

(bad) kang gun woo

tis is the main character of the drama. he is a world wide famous conductor. very strict in conducting and sometimes quite arrogant. he was invited to conduct the city orchestra without realising that people he was going to conduct were amateur players. he was so strict tat al the orchestra players were afraid of him. but when u get to know him better, he's actually a kind hearted person, just tat he didn't show it. when he fall in love wiv du ru mi, he oso pretend tat he dislike her bcoz he know tat his student was loving her. he has been referred as the bad kang gun woo by du ru mi in her handphone.

tis is the heroin of the drama. a civil servant who had so much passion in music and suggest to the mayor to have a city orchestra. however, she ruined the plan by misusing the budget therefore she come out wiv the idea to gather all the ppl who had desire to be part of the city orchestra even without any pay. however, in the middle of the progress, she found out tat she was actually having a tumor in her brain and which is causing her to be deaf. she was also in the love triangle between the bad kang gun woo and the good kang gun woo. however, the person tat she really like is actually the bad kang gun woo.

and tis, is my most favourite character in the drama. isn't he handsome? lolx...originally he was a police but he was asked by du ru mi to joined the orchestra due to his talent in playing trumpet. while he was joining the orchestra, his talent in music was discovered. he can actually play a music juz by listening to it once. when he was told about the story tat mozart and memorize allegri miserere juz by listening to it once, he tried to do it so and guess wat, he can memorize almost all of it . everyone ws so shocked about his talent.

later on, he has become the student of bad kang gun woo in order to learn conducting.both of them are having the exactly same name but absolutely different personality, their style in conducting are also absolutely different. for him, music is something we nid to do it happily and enjoying in it. therefore, he never being harsh to his member and he was love by everyone.

yeah..finally at home!!! when i'm at home, it means i can online and therefore i can publish a new post on my blog dy...hehe..

yesterday was such a tiring day, after work time, rush to pwtc to buy a bus ticket....(oh, talking abt tis, reallly wanna thank my sv, omg, he's such a nice person, when i asked him "can i leave an hour erlier today?" he said"u wanna go bek home? can can, juz leave, u wanna leave 2 hours or earlier than tat oso can...muahahaha, suddenly like him so much)ok...continue wiv the topic b4, after i bought my bus ticket, it's only 6.30pm while my bus is 9.30pm, so how am i going to spend those 3 hours? firstly, went to mcdonald to hv my dinner. after tat, went to matta fair however, stil hv 2 hours left b4 my bus arrive and i can't find anything else to do ady, so juz wait at the bus station for two hours....haiz...so boring out there...

hehe...but now i'm finally at home dy...omg..i'm so happy....hmm...tis time i'm going to share wiv u guys abt the movies and dramas i've been watching since my internship. i had been watching a lot of movies since my internship, such as, hmm...G.I.Joe, the taking of pelham, aliens in the attic, the land of the lost, terminator 3, transformers 2, the proposal, overheard, Up, on his majesty secret service, district 9, and the most recent one- dance flick.

however, among all these, only 3 that i will rate it as 5 star movie - the taking of pelham, the proposal and Up

i've always like this kind of movie, while u were watching u'll always be suspicious abt wat is going to happen next. other examples of tis type of movie such as speed, air force one, face off are all my favourites movies. furthermore, denzel washington and john travolta, both are great actors. there are two unforgettable scenes in this movie. i actually cried during these two scenes. the 1st one is when john travolta point a gun to a young man and threatened denzel that he wil kill the young man if denzel did not confess that he actually receive the bribe. in order to save the life of the boy, he finally need to confess his crime in front of everybody. he said that he need the money for his wife and kids. this scene really touch my heart. although he knew tat he might go to jail if he confess it but he stil did it due to save the young man's life.
another scene is actually the ending of this movie. when everything was settled down, the mayor of new york city actually say thank you to denzel for everything he had done and he is going to help him in solving the bribe thingy. and finally, denzel bring the half gallon of milk bek home to his wife like what his wife had instructed him to do earlier on.

tis movie was damn touching. i actually watched tis movie with a yeh, bong and aliff and one U tgv cinema. me and a bong actually cried in the cinema. the story goes like tis, the old man was trying to fulfil his wife dream to go to the paradise fall after her wife's death. this is their dream since they were a kid. so he use those balloons to fly his house up to the sky, and tis fat, cute little boy accidentally followed him up to the sky. this boy is just like many other kids in the world now, he may came from a rich family, but his parents were actually have no time to spend wiv him. so, many funny stuff happen among tis old man and tis cute little kid.

one of the most touching scene in tis movie is that the old man always review his wife's adventure book. when he flipped to the page " things that i wanted to d next", he always sigh and never flipped to the page behind it. he was so regret that he didn't bring his wife for ant adventure. there are so many stuff that he had promised his wife, he even crossed his heart but none of them was fulfilled. finally when he carried the house to the paradise fall, the cute boy (well, to make it simple) decided to fight off the bad guy, however, the old man choose to stick to his house which contains all the memories with his wife. he review the book again, and he accidentally flip to the page "things tat i wanted to do next", he realised that his wife had been keeping all the photos of them inside the book and on the last page, she even wrote " thanks for all the adventures, go and start a new one" i was crying like a baby during tis scene. at tis moment, he finally decide to let it go and help the boy to fight off those bad guys.

the proposal

i watched this movie 2 weeks ago at klcc tgv cinema with a bong and eileen. this is actually the 1st time i met eileen since internship. so glad to be able to see her finally. we also went to the convention center and visit the book fair. there are so many nice and cheap books over there. it was really a very nice trip that day. the trip become even nice because of this movie. sandra bullock has always been my favourite comedy actress. i don't think there is any other actress can perform better than her in a comedy. every part of this movie is funny and i really glad tat we actually chose to watch tis movie instead of laughing gor tat day. moreover, i really like those dresses sandra was wearing in this movie. all of them look so nice. well, since that i'm now working in office too, i would like to wear one of those during my workin hour. but i'm sure the price of those clothes is not the price that i can afford...lolx

haha....ok..finish the movie part, my next post i will be sharing about the drams i have been watching lately...^^

the first three weeks during industrial training

after 3 weeks staying at PJ, and based on my experience, i strongly recommend my fren who are going to have their industrial training next semester choose a company which its location allow you to stay with ur frens, else ur life will be like mine, boring and really lonely after work hours. haih~ that's why i keep going out during weekends. if not, i'm going to suffocate till death at PJ. this is the place where i stay, it's called bayu puteri apartment

luckily, the people in the company is quite nice especially the staff in my team. me and other trainees called him as 'superman' as he is the one who handle everything in the company. whenever you had a problem, just referred to him, he'll help you solve it. he was so busy, but yet, he still willing to spend his time to guide me step by step so that i could understand those coding, huhuuu...really thanks him for that. he was so busy that everyday he OT, sometimes until 11pm at night. and he never eat lunch with us everyday he'll bring his own lunch, and eat it at ard 4pm. he'll finish it in 10 minutes and continue with his work again....i really can't imagine a person can be so dedicated to the company. for my case, everyday, i reach the company at 9pm sharp and leave at 6pm sharp. muahahaha~~if there's a job i can't finish on that day, i'll juz ask the superman..erm, can i continue my work tomorrow?...then he'll say...okok....so i'll juz leave...muahahah

another thing i need to remind u al, pls choose a place where there are a lot of nice food ard to stay. haih~~ everyday i oni eat the same thing nia for my lunch and dinner. except once, i went to sunway pyramid to have my dinner with my colleague...the restaurant is quite nice and the price oso quite okay...here's the pic of it

so...let's talk abt how i spent my weekend so far. for the first week, thx to agung, he's having his birthday on saturday so i'm hving holiday on that day (for ur info, me nid to work on sat...huhuuu) my family come and visit o....hehe...since they're staying at hotel, of coz i pack my bags and go spend my time with them lar...

after my parents left, i went to mid valley to meet wiv bonh, yeh and dear arun. we watched terminator 3 together. instead of john conner, i really like marcus wright.for me, he's really handsome....hehe

on the 2nd week, i went to mid valley to meet xuan hui who is coming to kl to watch fish leong concert. btw, thx to a bong, now tat i noe that how to go to mid valley by bus. i took a picture from the place where i wait for the bus to go mid valley.

the next day, me and bong go and meet mei fang at klcc. there's a gallery there at klcc, i forgot the name of the painter dy. our cute mei fang took a really cute picture at the entrance.

we also have our tea break at new zealand natural and they give us a really cute chocolate.

so the third week, my dear dear sis come from malacca to visit me so we meet each other at times square. and when we go to pavillion, i met an old fren of mine, fiona. she's my classmate during high school. i think we haven't met each other for about 2 years. it was so nice to be able to meet her again.

after that, i went to taman melati to meet my cousin sister. we having our dinner together at memory corner. the food and the drinks there were very very nice. shud try it if u went there. when i enter the restaurant, i saw duke there too. what a coincidence!!!

as soon as i get bek to my cousin's house, i've been so bz in writing these blogs and dwnlding songs until now...haih~ it's time for me to get bek to PJ liao...

a week b4 internship

hello everyone!!!

today is the finish of my third week internship, however, life during industrial training seems to be too boring for me, that's why i decided to start blogging during my spare time.well, since there are no internet connection in the place which i'm currently staying(coz my housemates said they are quite exhausted after coming bek from work so they dun wanna hv streamyx...which is kind a lame excuse to me)well...so when u see i'm posting a new post, that means that i was either in other's house, or spending rm10++ for a cup of coffee while blogging or IT'S MY OFFICE HOUR!!!!muahahaha

okay, let's get bek to the topic....the week b4 my internship start...wellllllllll, i would say that it was indeed an interesting week. juz after i left UTP after the exam, i go stay at my aunt's house which is at tanjung piandang. for your information, tanjung piandang is a small village located at the border of negeri perak and pulau pinang. compared to the hustle and bustle in the city, it is really and peaceful and tranquil village. the people here are really nice and friendly. i hvn't meet my aunt's neighbour for almost 10 years but they stil rmb me and keep calling me "a man a man".

the day after, my cousin brother brought me and my sis to georgetown, or should i say queensbay mall since that's the oni place we visited. me and my sis decided to watch movie, but it seems that i had watched too much muviess during exam week, so we have oni one option and we decided to watch a movie called Push starring by Dakota Fanning. this movie is about people with super abilities and their super lame story. i can forgive the lame story, however, i can't understand at all why the whole story took place at HONG KONG!!! they din even show the nice scenery of hong kong, they juz show all the markets and the places that poor people stay!!! DAMN IT!!!

hello queensbay

so, after watching that movie that made me so sleepy, me and my sis go for shopping in queensbay mall. well, i did spot some nice clothes and pants but din buy it due to xiaomin's economic crisis.

well, this is the blouse that i really like, does it look nice?

after that, we are having a walk at the seaside, well, i have to say "seaside" instead of beach as there are no beach at all. the penang government seems to be very wise in using every inch of the land.so, after 2 days staying at tanjung piandang, we get bek to kota bharu, home sweet home!! instead of packing, i spend the rest of my time before intern going out yamcha wiv my cousins. hehe...

e...paise...seems like it's took dark at night at kelantan riverside, so the pic quite blur..haha

however, after finish yumcha, guess wat, we met a crazy fella...!!!! then that crazy fella had been met my cousin before. guess what he did to her, he take off his pants in front of her!!! OMG!!! we quickly get into the car. can u believe it?! he followed us!!!! whenever we stop at the red light, he will stop aside and when the light turned green he'll start to follow us again. what's frightening us is that, there's no plat number on his motocycle. we really dunno wat to do, we don't dare to go home,else the guy will noe where we stay, we don't dare to tell our parents, else we'll be grounded. so, my cousin decided to call her boyfriend. the boyfriend here means a friend who is a male. as soon as the friend appear, the guy no longer following us. so the conclusion of this incident is that, no more yum cha at night liao....huhuuu
